Integration Engineer

--eyeson remote offices--

Support the Pre-Sales, Sales and Customer Success process technically. Consult prospects and customers with technical concepts and presentations. Answer customers developers questions regarding the eyeson API, the libraries and implementation technologies and concepts. Consult Customers about hosting and scalability options. Consult about data security, GDPR and data safety specific for the eyeson system on a detailed technical level.

The eyeson headquarter and main office is located in Graz / Austria. 100% remote work is provided for all locations internationally. European time zone is preferred and shared office spaces are provided on demand for hybrid working if two people or more want to work togehter in the same city.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex engineering platform services’ integrations and make recommendations to optimize them in the context of enterprise transformation towards API-First model
  • Analyze and plan new features in the context of Engineering Platform
  • Participate in Pre-Sales Meetings, Customer Engagement Communication and Customer Success Activities
  • Consult for best practices to enable customers development teams to grow their technical integration competency and exposure
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and develop technical concepts together with the customer
  • Work closely with product management to bring in the user stories for the technical demands of customers, new features for the API as well as the demands for service availability and technical monitoring and reporting
  • Develop the integrations amongst different services that are part of the platform as well as supporting the evolution of Platform Roadmap
  • Perform technical analysis of existing Engineering Platform integrations and future requirements to define a detailed target integration design
  • Advise management and appropriate groups on support issues which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions.

For employment directly in Austria the minimum salary for this position on a full-time basis is defined according the Collective Agreement for Information Technology and IT Workers (14x) acc. § 15 I. (11) ST1 (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in der Datenverarbeitung und IT). A work permit and residence in Austria is needed to be employed in Austria directly. For remote work employment across Europe you will be employed according to the legal regulations of your country of residence.
