Customer Success Manager

Support the customer during the transition when the contract is signed with sales on the way to be an active customer of the product. Building a long term customer relationship and loyalty. The CSM stays connected with the customer for the whole life cycle of the product and customer’s business and is the central point of contact. Educate junior customer success managers and build up a customer success team over the next two years.

The eyeson headquarter and main office is located in Graz / Austria. 100% remote work is provided for all locations internationally. European time zone is preferred and shared office spaces are provided on demand for hybrid working if two people or more want to work togehter in the same city.


  • Responsible for advocating the customers’ needs
  • Has an in-depth understanding of the customers needs
  • Keeps track of the customer’s product usage and forecasts the usage
  • Provides a useful pitch to help customers to convince their own internal stakeholders
  • Helps to increase the customer's lifetime value by helping the customer see the value of the product and is helpful in getting the best value out of the product by educating the customer for optimal usage.
  • Creates and negotiates offers for up-selling and cross selling together with Sales.
  • Central point of contact for the customer and coordinates all Support, Sales and Management activities.
  • Works closely with the tech team and product owners and provides feedback on customer experience for the product development, writing user stories.

  • Basic understanding of the eyeson technology and use cases for different verticals

For employment directly in Austria the minimum salary for this position on a full-time basis is defined according the Collective Agreement for Information Technology and IT Workers (14x) acc. § 15 I. (11) ST1 (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in der Datenverarbeitung und IT). A work permit and residence in Austria is needed to be employed in Austria directly. For remote work employment across Europe you will be employed according to the legal regulations of your country of residence.
